Product Overview

An air shower is a device installed at the entrance to cleanrooms that prevents contamination attached to workers or transported items from being brought into the cleanroom.
High-speed jet air purified by HEPA filters is directly applied to the surface of people or transported items to remove attached dust. Also, since it has double doors that do not open simultaneously, it has an airlock function that isolates outside air from the cleanroom. Usually, air showers are purified when not in use, with a structure that prevents external contamination particles from flowing into the cleanroom.

A pass box is a double-door box-shaped device used when bringing items in and out of cleanrooms. Like air showers, it has an airlock function that isolates outside air from the cleanroom due to its structure where the two doors do not open simultaneously. There are types with air shower functions and clean unit functions.
